AHCA/NCAL QIRP 2020 Achiever

The Pines at Catskill Center for Health & Rehabilitation has been recognized as a 2020 recipient of American Health Care Association and National Center for Assisted Living (AHCA/NCAL) National Quality Initiative Recognition Program. Our center achieved all four national goals, including safe reduction in hospital readmissions, heightened customer satisfaction, safe reduction in off-label use of antipsychotics, and improved functional outcome.


Deficiency State Survey

 We’ve always felt that we strive to be the “Best:” best staff, best care, best survey results, best customer service, best food: you name it – we strive for it! The Pines at Catskill is a 5 Star Rated Center by Nursing Home Compare. And now we have even more exciting news to share: The Pines at Catskill is very proud to announce that we successfully completed a “DEFICIENCY FREE” STATE SURVEY. We feel this huge accomplishment is due to the dedication and commitment of our exceptional staff, and our high standards for care and services. Congratulations to our entire team!


CMS 5-Star Rating for Quality Measures

The Pines at Catskill maintains a 5 Star rating for our Quality Measures on Nursing Home Compare. The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) provides ratings information on the Nursing Home Compare website to help individuals, family members, caregivers, and the public find and compare the quality of nursing homes more easily. We are very excited about this rating and proud of our team!


Pinnacle Customer Service Experience Award

The Pines at Catskill Center for Health & Rehabilitation prides itself on our customer service and maintains a common commitment to the highest level of quality care, a focus on customer service and providing a nurturing environment for both patients and families. We are pleased to have received a “Customer Experience Award” in 2015, 2016, and in 2018 from Pinnacle Quality Insights demonstrating our center’s commitment to the “Four Pillars” of our mission statement: Kindness, Compassion, Service and Excellence.
